Ein frischer Anstrich der Fassade verleiht nicht nur eine \u00e4sthetische Verbesserung, sondern sch\u00fctzt auch die Geb\u00e4ude vor den Einfl\u00fcssen der Witterung. Zudem haben wir die Fenster ausgetauscht. Dies wird nicht nur die Energieeffizienz steigern, sondern auch zu einer verbesserten Schalld\u00e4mmung und Sicherheit beitragen.\u00a0 Au\u00dferdem wurden in die Erneuerung der Balkone investiert, um nicht nur ihre Lebensdauer zu verl\u00e4ngern, sondern auch einen neuen Raum f\u00fcr Entspannung im Freien zu schaffen. Die neuen Balkone zeigen sich nun in einem modernen Design.<\/p>\n
